I had to change my flight at the last minute and expected it to be a hassle, but it was easy. Support got back to me quickly, helped sort it out, and everything worked just fine. Kind of a relief, actually.

I’ve booked through here twice now, it was really straightforward. The tickets came through quickly both times, which is the main thing. No chasing around, no weird delays, just done and sorted. I was a bit worried the first time, but yeah, no fuss at all.

I booked a flight on FlyEx and, you know, it technically worked, so that’s something. The pages were loading slowly, which I’m totally calm about, obviously, and the payment screen was a little confusing for a minute. I did get the confirmation after a few minutes, so in the end it was okay, just not exactly a smooth experience...

Overall the prices seemed fair, but some of the fees didn’t show up until later in the process, which was kinda annoying ngl. Would’ve been better if everything was clearer upfront.

I had to cancel my flight and was told the refund would come through within a certain timeframe, but it ended up taking longer than promised. Support did respond eventually, and I did get my money back, so it worked out in the end. Still, the delay and lack of clear updates were frustrating, and it made me trust them a bit less for future bookings

The site got the job done for the basic stuff, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but it felt kind of slow on a few pages. Some parts weren’t as clear as I expected, and I kept wondering if I was missing an easier way to get around. I did find what I needed eventually, it just took more clicks than I thought it would. Overall, it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t say it’s great either.

I had a small issue with my booking on flyex.com and couldn’t tell if it actually went through, so I ended up messaging support. Kind of annoying because I don’t love having to double-check stuff like that after booking.
To be fair, they replied really fast, within a few minutes, and checked everything for me without turning it into some long back-and-forth. The person was friendly and actually answered my question clearly, which I appreciated.

I was expecting to sit around waiting or have to explain the same thing over and over, so it was a nice surprise. Still wish it hadn’t taken extra effort on my end, but the support itself was solid and I’d use them again.

Paid fast with no billing issues, which just makes me more annoyed at all the other places that somehow make paying a huge hassle. This is how it should be every time
